I'm an IT Technician II with over a year of information technology and cybersecurity experience. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at WGU. Ever since high school I've had a deep passion for technology and helping others. My long term goal is to help as many people as possible by bringing their dreams to life through website development/design. If I had to give any advice to someone wanting to get into IT I'd say start now and take time to learn the fundamentals because it's worth it in the long run.

This year, I developed a website for the Delbono Group Business, gaining valuable experience across various processes and projects. Through this work, I've significantly enhanced my understanding of website improvement and its evolution. 

During my internship at the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various IT teams, including desktop support, field technicians, and the network team. I assisted in troubleshooting Mac devices and gained valuable insights into how IT infrastructure supports and integrates within the educational system.
